What is the Best pH Level?
The nature of the body is dynamic, there is no magic pH number to achieve. The level of your body's acidity may fluctuate from day to day. Using the pH test strips is an easy way to track your progress and general range. We suggest targeting to be as alkaline as possible in a range of 6 to 7. Do I Test My Saliva or Urine?
From our 10 years of experience the saliva test is the easy quick way to determine the pH range of your body's fluids. Urine may be tested, but keep in mind that urine is naturally more acidic. The pH range is a lot closer than that of saliva and harder to read. The purpose of the pH body test is to get a general idea of your pH range.

Directions: Spit saliva onto the litmus paper. Wait at least 60 seconds. Compare the color of the pH paper against the scale. It is recommended you perform your body pH testing at least two hours before or after eating or drinking.

The pH litmus paper strips are light olive green or yellow to start. If you are acidic the litmus paper will change to either green or even light yellow, sometimes a very light blue. If you are alkaline it will change to a clear dark navy blue. The target is to maintain a dark navy blue at all times, in order to achieve a pH balanced body.
